Producer/Director Dan Huiting is certainly putting together a very nice series of music chronicling unconventional performances by some of the Twin Cities best and brightest. This week MPLS.TV has posted a performance by the antic ridden rockers The Goondas. Sweet stuff! Thanks to all involved, we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Warning: tech geek levels rising! Tomorrow’s rock and roll bands might look slightly different than today’s, utilizing six string guitars, bass, drums, and iPad!? I love Squeeze, and I’m so happy that they seem to have done this first (at least publicly). Seriously, check out the keyboard player keyshred on that iPad!

We just caught wind of another installment of City of Music from MPLS.TV. This time the featured artist if Solid Gold performing a new song of an undisclosed title. (If anyone can put a name to this tune – much obliged.)
