Two pieces of good news.  The first is that Conor Oberst and company are coming to First Ave June 24.  The second is that my audio card issues will soon be resolved, but not before affecting this post.  Yesterday I noted that Tim Easton’s music sounded relatively decent through the crackle and fuzz of my embattled computer.  Yet this isn’t the case with Conor Oberst’s.  The tele from the old movie Poltergeist produced more pleasant sounds.  However, I’m betting that the following tunes are far better than  I could ever hope to describe under the current, unfortunate circumstances.

In other words, though I post these tunes, you’re hearing them first.  Let me know how it all sounds.  Also below, check out a trailer from Conor Oberst’s new documentary.  He is supporting some good charitable causes.
