Pennsylvania’s Illinois will be landing in Minneapolis on Aug. 10 at the 400 Bar.  Illinois will be on tour promoting their new album The Adventures of Kid Catastrophe, which by the way, is one of the coolest album titles I’ve seen thus far in 2009.  The album is the end result of a series of six E.P.’s the band released over the last year, each with an accompanying short film clip highlighting the crazy days of Kid Catastrophe.  We borangs have been jamming out to this gem for the last month or so.  Now is the time for you to do the same at the 400!

Below is the full length film for The Adventures of Kid Catastrophe, all six together!  It’s a very amusing collage of the wilder side of life’s reality.  (We’re still wondering if hallucinogenics may have been involved)  You can also find below some righteous tunes you may just hear on the 10th.  Illinois will be joined by The Builders and The Butchers.
