When you support Borangutan you support the future of rock n’ roll music both in Minnesota and abroad. Without your support what we do simply would not be possible! Economic times are tough everywhere right now, but luckily there is much you can do to help that requires no monetary investment. Here are some of the ways you can help.

1. Spread the word and you’ll be free – Free from any internalized guilt that incessantly nags “why are you not doing more to help your music scene”? Word of mouth is the best form of flattery, please tell others about Borangutan!
2. Visit borangutan.com regularly – Whether you are able to visit us daily, weekly, or monthly, we appreciate your traffic. Be active on the site and we will continue to bring you music industry / scene coverage you care about.
3. Be our friend – Join us on myspace, facebook, twitter, and/or plinky! We are always looking for more friends, and if you want us to be your best friend, we won’t ask forever of you. We’ll just ask to be in your top 8.
4. Link to us – Put a link for Borangutan on your weblog, myspace page, facebook page, or artist page. We’ll even send you an official quote from one of our writers that you could post on your page, testifying that, contrary to popular belief, you are in fact an exemplary person.
5. Send us tips – We know a few things, but compared to the accumulated knowledge of our readers, we know just slightly more than squat. If you have a juicy piece of news you would like to share with us, please do! 6. Are you a band or artist? Contribute a track – The Borangutan music library needs your help. We are constructing a fully downloadable music library organized by city, state, and region so listeners can create their own playlists of home-grown music.
