Read What We Read – Mosshart vs. White, Satriani vs. Coldplay, and the Dylan poem debacle
Today is May 20, 2009, and is it ever a steamy one in Minnesota! Here’s a special happy b-day wish going out to my dear friend Brooke. You go girl.
While on the Twin Cities Decider page today I floated across a funny little article covering really, really bad shark related sci-fi flicks. People talk about “B” flicks, but those really don’t matter to me. I’m all about the “C” and “Z” flicks, as I’ve so non-descriptively noted in our Borangutan forums! Well here’s a little snippet posted within that same Decider article that made me convulse so hard with laughter, I smashed my knee into the bottom of my cheap, composite wood desk.
And then there was this:
The Kills’ Alison Mosshart responds to Jack White brawl rumours – NME
Grand Old Day 2009 Lineup – More Cowbell
Satriani vs Coldplay: YouTube comments to be used as evidence? – Music Radar
Bob Dylan poem discovered to have been written by someone else – NME
(How quickly things change, eh?)
Ash to release 26 new singles in a year – NME
(This may be a bigger deal than any of us now realize!)
