It feels good to be back in Minnesota again.  But I missed out on many, many fine things while on pseudo-sabbatical.  Here’s a short list:

1. I missed a So It Goes listening party at Transmission on April 29, showcasing the band’s new album “The Quick Fix.”
2. I missed an outstandingly astounding bandstand of rock at The Garage on May 1 where So It Goes hosted a CD Release.
3. I missed another So It Goes CD Release at the Fine Line Music Cafe on May 2.
4. I missed getting a copy of the new album at aforementioned shows.
5. Finally, I missed last Friday’s release of So It Goes’ “Rejection” Video.

The only comfort?  Everything is as good now as it was then – the band just keeps on giving.  I haven’t seen anyone rock an elevator like this since Steven Tyler in 1989.
